Located in the middle of Rocas Beach, the touristic complex, Villapraia, has twelve double rooms to offer, all with bathroom, air conditioning, freezer and tv, besides four and six persons by boat, also equipped with air conditioning, tv and minibar. The boats also dispose of bathroom with wash- basins, baths and sanitaries in showers at the exterior.

Usufructing the complex’s exclusive localization, inside the enclosure of Rocas Beach, the Villa Praia’s users have, during the bathing season, access to the beach in the price of the lodging.
